Cooden II Lost to East Grinstead III in a close match.
With the away team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, Home advantage looked to be needed to take the win. The stats turned out to be correct, with a fine Away win.
On paper, the number 5 string should have been the closest, with only 3 ranking points separating the two players before the match.
Home advantage prevailed though, with Robert Sear winning through.
It was the number 1 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 90 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player and Player of the match, Alistair Anderson.
If the Home No. 3 player, Jay BALTRUSCHAT, had not had to withdraw after 1 game(s) the result could have been closer.
